About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration & Project Support Officer to join our dynamic Customer Experience and Corporate Performance Team. Reporting to the Manager Customer Experience & Corporate Performance, your role will involve:

Other Responsibilities include

  • Providing efficient and professional administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in administration or project support roles is key.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop engaging communications and presentations.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills are essential to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information, are required.
  • Technical Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and database management is essential, combined with a customer-focused approach and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Degree or Diploma in Administration or a related discipline or experience in a similar role desirable.
