The Front of House Operations Officer proactively assists the Front of House (FOH) team to deliver exceptional customer service to patrons, clients and all users of the venue. The position is responsible for assisting in the management of all FOH operations, working in close collaboration with other teams in event planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure excellent administrative, financial and operational outcomes.
