About this opportunity

The Office & Administration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in establishing, monitoring, and reporting on administrative systems that support the department’s performance. You’ll provide high-level support, ensuring effective delivery of outcomes while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll deliver                          

  • Coordinate and improve business systems, reporting, and budget management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and asset management systems
  • Manage correspondence, purchase orders, contractor compliance, and reporting processes
  • Support meetings, track actions, and monitor departmental performance
  • Foster productive working relationships and ensure compliance with OHS standards

Your Skills and Experience

  • Sound administrative experience with experience supporting senior teams in complex environments
  • A knack for problem-solving, prioritising, and delivering under pressure
  • Clear and engaging communication skills that build trust and collaboration
  • Sound knowledge of compliance requirements, including contractor management and OHS
  • A motivated, can-do attitude and genuine commitment to excellent service
