The People & Culture team plays a vital role in nurturing our vibrant workforce and shaping an environment where every voice is valued. The Senior Health & Safety Officer plays an important role in supporting an organisational culture that values the health and safety of all its employees as well as serving as the designated child safe officer for the organisation. The position supports the delivery and implementation of the health and safety component of the People & Culture Strategy, the Child Safe Standards Strategy and the Workplace Health & Safety Plan in line with current legislation and organisational objectives.
The role
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to lead our dedicated team in promoting a safe, supportive workplace for all. You will be one of five team members reporting to the Team Leader Health & Safety. Jointly the team is responsible for Occupational Health & Safety, Child Safety, Wellbeing and Injury Management (Return to Work).
