About this opportunity:

As Kingston’s Manager Aquatic and Leisure, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring our facilities are welcoming and provide contemporary experiences and high levels of service. You’ll be a driving force to ensure success, leading a dedicated team and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

You will

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Establish operations for the new Mordi Aquatic Centre when it opens in late 2026, including marketing, brand establishment, recruitment and systems.  
  • Oversee the operation and continuous improvement of modern aquatic and leisure facilities
  • Drive business and financial strategy, ensure compliance and safety, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders
  • Deliver outstanding service, champion diversity, and embrace innovation to achieve the best outcomes for our community.
