About this opportunity

This role is integral to delivering in home services to older people and people living with a disability.

As a Rostering officer (Client Services Officer) you will;

  • Use your initiative and problem-solving skills to manage daily challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across departments.
  • Apply sound judgment to successfully multi-task in a dynamic environment.

You’ll play a vital role in coordinating and rostering essential in-home support services—including cleaning, personal care, and shopping—ensuring our clients receive the care they need, when they need it. The casual positions do not have a regular work pattern or set hours, so would suit people who would like flexibility in their work.

What you’ll deliver                         

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to high volumes of telephone enquiries,
  • Manage the client database to ensure information is accurately recorded and up to date
  • Quickly resolve any last-minute changes to rosters due to labour shortages.

What You’ll Bring

You have a clear communication style with a calm, professional phone manner and a passion for helping vulnerable community members.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally also have:

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Experience working with a client database such as Carelink+
  • Experience in customer service and working in a community service environment with a background in rostering large teams is preferred
  • Experience in rostering, customer service or administration or experience working in a community service environment desirable
