We are looking for a Commercial Performance Support Officer to join the Procurement & Contracts team. 

Reporting to the Commercial Performance Coordinator, your role will provide administrative, transactional and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of fleet bookings, the triaging of insurance claims and administration of credit card account processes in alignment with organisational policies.

What you’ll do                    

  • Provide day-to-day support for purchasing activities, including processing purchase orders, reconciling corporate credit card transactions and ensuring all activities comply with relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Support staff with the administration of fleet bookings and enquiries.
  • Assist with the triage and administration of insurance claims, customer requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and up-to-date documentation.   
  • Maintain and update registers, supplier records and the procurement exemptions register, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.       
  • Assist in preparing reports and support tracking performance metrics to enhance continuous improvement and decision making.
  • Support the maintenance of Purchasing and Contract system modules (TechnologyOne).

Your Skills and Experience

Our team is looking for someone with:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within procurement, finance or operations.
  • A valid Victorian Driver's License.
