About the role
We are seeking motivated Front of House Officers to join our dynamic Arts and Culture Services team.
The incumbents will primarily work across Kingston Arts Centre and Kingston City Hall in Moorabbin and Shirley Burke Theatre in Parkdale.
Reporting to the Coordinator Front of House, the Front of House Officers are vital to the presentation and preparation of Arts and Cultural Services facilities. The role is responsible for cleaning of the venues, event set and pack up, ushering, tending bar and providing café and in-room catering services where required. The incumbent will be required to interpret event set up plans and have a strong attention to detail.

We are currently accepting applications across this period, with applications to be assessed on a rolling basis. Selected applicants will be invited to a group assessment centre in early March with face-to-face interviews to follow, and onboarding and training then scheduled for March/April for successful applicants.
Supervisory roles will be advertised in the future, offering opportunities to develop and progress. Recruitment for these roles will be conducted through a separate advertised process open to all eligible applicants.
