  • Location: Various sites across the City of Kingston municipality

About the role:

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and community minded people to join our Local Laws team as Children’s Crossing Relievers.

In this role, you will supervise school crossings to ensure the safety of children and other community members.

You will be required to operate any one of the 88 crossings within the City of Kingston. 

Work hours (Monday to Friday)

  • 8.00am and 9.00am; and
  • 3.00pm and 4.00pm

What We’re Looking For

You will be someone who values child safety, community wellbeing, and shows reliability and punctuality.

You will need:

  • A Current Employee Working with Children check
  • A Current Victorian Drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a medical examination and Police check.
  • Flexibility to work at short notice and travel across the municipality
  • Access to email and mobile phone
