About the role

We are looking for a hands-on leader with an eye for detail to join our busy team. In this role, you will supervise outdoor staff working across our municipality to ensure that shopping centres and the road networks are presented in the best possible condition.

What you’ll deliver 

    • Provide leadership and direction to a small field based team with both proactive and reactive works
    • Support the Coordinator Asset Care in providing timely high quality shopping centre cleansing, graffiti removal and reporting issues for other Council managed assets.                                                                                 
    • Contribute to the positive culture of the broader City Works department 

What You’ll Bring

    • Demonstrated experience leading a small team with cleansing of outdoor spaces, pressure cleaning and graffiti removal 
    • Experience in Local Government and/or a utility service provider
    • Medium Rigid Drivers License, OHS White Card and First Aid
