The Project Management Office (PMO) drives the success of Council’s Capital Portfolio through data-driven insights and proactive risk management. About the role

As a PMO Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our Capital Portfolio, driving the success of our project management platform. From system configuration to stakeholder engagement, you'll ensure data integrity, support process improvements, and enhance our digital toolkit. If you're passionate about optimising systems and making an impact, this role is for you!

Other Responsibilities include:                          

  • Capital Portfolio Reporting
  • Support Capital Portfolio Budgeting Process, Project Bids Evaluation and Forward Planning.
  • Develop, Implement and Manage the Capital PPM platform.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent knowledge and capability in the use of MS Excel.
  • Experience in using and supporting enterprise project management system, sound knowledge of mainstream platforms such as MS Project Online, MS Accelerator, Altus, Primavera P6 etc.
  • Experience working in a program/portfolio management office is desired.
  • Ability to interrogate a data set and provide a concise analysis of that data, including key insights and communicating to a wide audience.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise presentations and reports for consumption by executive and council
