About the Team

The People & Culture team supports the organisation through a range of workforce initiatives, including industrial relations, workforce planning, policy development and systems improvement. We work together to create a positive and inclusive workplace where employees feel supported and valued.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced Enterprise Bargaining (EA) professional who has been actively involved in bargaining negotiations and implementation.

You will coordinate the full EA lifecycle, from preparation and bargaining through to Fair Work Commission approval and implementation.

In addition, you will contribute to key People & Culture initiatives, including the implementation of a new case management system, policy reviews, workforce planning projects and improvements to volunteer management practices.

What You'll Deliver

  • Coordinate and support the full Enterprise Agreement lifecycle, from preparation and bargaining through to Fair Work Commission approval and implementation.
  • Prepare bargaining documentation, analysis, communications and advice to support negotiations, stakeholder engagement and decision-making
  • Provide industrial relations advice and use workforce and remuneration data to inform bargaining positions and outcomes
  • Lead the implementation of a new People & Culture case management system, including process improvements and reporting capabilities
  • Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives, including policy reviews, workforce planning projects and improvements to volunteer management practices

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated Enterprise Bargaining and industrial relations experience, including negotiations, drafting, implementation, Fair Work Commission approvals and interpreting industrial instruments and legislation
  • Experience engaging with unions, employee representatives, leaders and other stakeholders to support successful bargaining outcomes
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, recommendations and stakeholder communications, and use workforce and remuneration data to inform decision-making
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to deliver People & Culture initiatives such as policy reviews, process improvements and systems implementation
