About the team 

The City of Kingston overseas a diverse range of open spaces including parks and reserves, wetlands and grasslands, sports grounds activity centres, waterways and the foreshore. Our Open Space team is responsible for these areas and within the broader team, there is a diversity of roles.  

 About the role 

We are currently seeking a part time Administration officer to join the Open Space team. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator your role is to: 

  • Proactively and collaboratively support teams within the Open Space department 

  • Action incoming requests, work order management, and undertake administrative tasks 

  • Deliver best practice contemporary customer care 

About you 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Works independently and as part of a team 

  • Is self-organised and takes pride in their work 

  • Has demonstrated administration and excellent customer service experience 

  • Is tertiary qualified in Office Administration/Business Management with relevant experience
