The Executive Services Team supports the 5 members of the Executive Leadership Team, Office of the CEO and the Office of the Mayor and Councillors. We are a dynamic team thriving on collaboration. About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team and Executive Services Team to effectively deliver a consistent approach and effective business support. Providing high quality, proactive assistance to the General Managers, and engage with our Senior Leadership Team to coordinate timely delivery of task correspondence and reports. 

Other Responsibilities include                        

  • Manage Council and corporate reporting requirements for the General Managers through InfoCouncil and maintain records in Council’s Content Management System.
  • Engage collaboratively with the Executive Services Team in contributing to a positive team environment and display the Teams core behaviours.
  • Calendar management for Executive Leadership Team
  • Meeting coordination including minutes and agendas                                                                             

What You’ll Bring

  • Supportive, collaborative and proactive approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with council's systems - infocouncil and Content Manager (desirable)
  • Transferrable skills
