Kingston’s Family, Youth and Children’s Services are looking for an Inclusive Practice Coordinator to join our amazing team.  This role will work with Educators to support inclusion of children with challenging behaviours and vulnerability within Kingston’s Family and Children’s Services.

We are seeing skilled professional with a passion for inclusion and experience working in education, inclusion and skills in supporting and mentoring staff.

While the salary for this position ranges from $95,636.07 - $104,344.86 per year we would be open to discussing a higher salary with candidates who have extensive experience and qualifications within the field.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in inclusion in early childhood.
  • Proven experience with mentoring and developing the capacity of early childhood educators and teachers. 
  • The ability to contribute positively to the team culture.
  • The ability to build positive and respectful relationships with educators, children and their families.
  • A strong passion for early childhood education
  • Relevant qualifications e.g. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate including: Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management and CPR Certificate, Mandatory Reporting.
