Job Task Analysis - People & Culture Business Partner
The role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively with a diverse range of business units across Council, providing trusted, specialist HR advice and support. This is a newly created HR Business Partner position within an established and collaborative HR Business Partner team, providing an exciting opportunity to help shape the role, build strong partnerships across the organisation and contribute to the continued evolution of Council’s people strategy and capability.
You will play a key role in strengthening people management capability, supporting positive employee experiences, and helping leaders navigate a range of people and organisational challenges.

About you
You are an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, client focused environment and enjoys working with leaders to find practical solutions to complex people matters.
You will bring strong relationship building and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish credibility and develop positive partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be confident providing advice, challenging thinking when required, and adapting your approach to meet the needs of different business areas.
