  • Technical support and incident management, including specialist support for endpoint, application, collaboration and meeting space issues, working closely with the Service Desk and relevant technical teams to resolve incidents and requests.
  • Project support and continuous improvement, including support for endpoint, collaboration and meeting space projects, technology uplift activities, security improvements, testing, rollout support and transition into operational support.
  • Collaboration, knowledge sharing and change control, including working with other Information & Digital Technology teams, vendors and service providers, maintaining technical documentation, supporting knowledge transfer and participating in change control processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Mobile device management experience across iOS, iPadOS and Android through a platform such as Microsoft Intune, and ideally AirWatch.
  • Experience supporting and administering endpoint devices across Windows and macOS in a managed enterprise environment at scale, including device fleets, rollouts, refresh programs and uplift activities across multiple sites.
  • Experience assessing, packaging, testing and deploying applications for end-user devices using Microsoft Intune or equivalent platforms, including Win32 applications, line-of-business applications and platform-specific installers.
  • Experience monitoring and maintaining endpoint patching and device compliance, including remediation of non-compliant devices.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Teams, including Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, and ideally Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration covering groups, devices and licensing.
  • Relevant technical certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator or equivalent, are desirable.
  • Experience supporting audio-visual or meeting space technology, and virtual desktop or application delivery platforms such as Citrix Cloud, is desirable.
